You can cancel your order for any reason and send back the product to us within 14 days from the date of placing the order. You bear the cost of the transport.
Please note that all of our personalized products and wallpapers are excluded from this option. It is not accepted to send back the mentioned products without any reason and returns will be rejected.
If the goods purchased from us turn out to be defective (printing errors, mismatch in pattern or different pattern than the one in the placed order) or the parcel is incomplete, please contact us by e-mail at email@example.com with a description of the problem and a photo of the indicated defect. We will arrange immediate re-dispatch (we bear the cost of the transport) or, if not possible, reimbursement of your expenses. Such verification of the wallpaper should be done immediately after receiving the parcel and BEFORE applying the wallpaper or stickers on the wall. We will contact you to resolve the situation. We EMPHASIZE THAT if errors are revealed, you CANNOT proceed with application of the wallpaper or stickers because a complaint WILL NOT BE POSSIBLE after application.

If the parcel has been damaged, please reject the shipment, FILL OUT A DAMAGE RECORD WITH THE COURIER and advise us about it. Doing so GUARANTEES a stress-free complaint process which will boil down to two solutions: immediate re-dispatch or, if not possible, reimbursement of your expenses. Otherwise, a complaint will not be possible.
Should you have any concerns about our products both before and after delivery, please contact us by e-mail. We are a small family business trying to do things differently from big corporations. We are willing to take care of your doubts and concerns. We are at your service and are here to help. Please note that parcels are carried by external and independent courier companies, sometimes over hundreds or even thousands of miles. Not every problem is our fault, so we ask you that any issue at hand is discussed with us before formulating final opinions about us.
